Individual Nutrition Counseling Sessions
Stephanie’s nutrition consultations are actionable. They shift you from feeling overwhelmed about eating to understanding precisely what changes to make. An effective behaviorist, Stephanie helps you get unstuck around eating, providing practical tools and specific steps to assure you make forward and sustainable progress toward your nutrition goals. One-on-one sessions include a comprehensive assessment of your current eating habits and an individually tailored plan. 60-minute appointments (initial or follow up).
Family-Centered Nutrition Counseling
Stephanie guides parents and kids in a collaborative process to create eating related change. She addresses your worries and challenges around food, considering every member of the family. Her non-judgmental style yields realistic and achievable plans. Sessions are tailored to your family’s unique needs with one clear purpose: Reduce the overwhelm around feeding a family and help you raise healthy eaters without judgment, guilt or shame. Each session is 60 minutes (initial or follow up).
The format for family nutrition sessions varies and can change over the course of time. Some parents meet with Stephanie privately while others bring the kids so it’s a family affair. Who to bring to sessions is a highly individualized decision. Stephanie will speak with you by phone first to determine if/how children will participate.
