Stephanie guides parents and kids in a collaborative process to create eating related change. She addresses your worries and challenges around food, considering every member of the family. Her non-judgmental style yields realistic and achievable plans. Sessions are tailored to your family’s unique needs with one clear purpose: Reduce the overwhelm around feeding a family and help you raise healthy eaters without judgment, guilt or shame. Each session is 60 minutes (initial or follow up).
Family Nutrition Sessions are offered virtually via telehealth. Most parents meet with Stephanie privately while some include the kids so it’s a family affair. Which family members to bring to sessions is a highly individualized decision. Stephanie will speak with you by phone first to determine if/how children will participate.
